What was the highlight of Vestige Son Vell
Un flop! Si quieres un servicio 5*, no es el lugar!
El sitio precioso. Tranquilo, bonito, exclusivo. Una lastima porque podría ser un lugar mágico si tuviera el servicio adecuado.
La recepción al llegar fue un show, no estuvo a la altura de un 5 estrellas, como si llegáramos a un sitio de colonias (summer camp!). Pedimos direcciones al concierge que nunca recibimos. El servicio no es discreto, son brutales. Algunos jovenes son simpáticos pero no están formados para un 5 estrellas. Por consecuencia el precio de la habitación por noche es una exageración por el desastroso servicio que ofrecen, se justificaría si el servicio fuera 5*. La habitación tiene muy poca luz, natural y artificial, solo hay una puerta-ventana, y en el baño igual, casi no te puedes ver en el espejo. Solo hay un armario pequeño, no podíamos poner nuestra ropa, zapatos... a parte de la poca luz, faltan cosas en la habitación, como una bolsa/cesta para ir a la playa a disposición durante la estancia...... El servicio de habitación no esta formado, las chicas simpáticas pero tienen que aprender como trabajar en un 5 estrellas (utilicé la bañera una noche y al dia siguiente no la limpiaron). El desayuno tampoco esta a la altura de un 5 estrellas, huevos revueltos secos demasiado hechos... ensaimadas industriales.... y el servicio del desayuno con mucho personal pero muy mal gestionado. Comimos OK en la cena, aunque el pescado estaba demasiado hecho, pedimos vino de la carta y no tenían ninguna de las 3 botellas que habiamos escogido. El room-service simple y arcaico. Tampoco hay gimnasio en los 240 hectares del parque! Ni servicio de belleza, solo hay 5 masajes en el menu, tengan en cuenta que no hay spa en este hotel. Que lastima, porque este lugar podría ser una maravilla y no nos apetecía quedarnos para disfrutar del lugar con el servicio que deja mucho que desear. Un flop! Hemos estado en hoteles exclusivos en Mallorca la semana anterior que nos han hecho soñar y este nos ha dejado con un gusto muy agrio por una primera vez en Menorca.

A wonderful stay at an expectionl hotel!
Beautiful property & gardens, the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Superb swimming pools, lounge areas, pool bar, dining areas. Our room was outstanding with a cosy garden. Spotlessly clean, wonderful food & excellent staff.
Nothing to not like!
